The Westside Foundation was founded in 2016 by a group of volunteers with a shared purpose. 

The foundation is organized under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and operates exclusively for charitable purposes.

In particular, the Foundation is organized to solicit, accept, hold, administer, invest and disburse such funds as may from time to time be contributed to the WestsideFoundation for charitable and educational purposes, including for such purposes as the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) and the operation of such other programs as determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
