Our Mission

The mission of the Westside Foundation is to provide support and opportunities for families of children, regardless of ability. We are dedicated to distributing grants and raising funds that alleviate financial burdens, enhance quality of life, and empower these families to thrive. Through our work with community partners, we seek to dispel stereotypes, promote acceptance, and foster a more  equitable and accessible society that values the contributions and potential of all individuals.

Our Goals

Financial Assistance: The foundation exist to alleviate the financial burdens faced by families of children regardless of ability. We provide grants to cover expenses related to medical treatments, therapies, assistive devices, educational support, and other essential services, enabling families to focus on their child's well-being and development.

Access to Opportunities: The foundation strives to ensure that all children, regardless of ability, have equal access to medical, recreational, and social opportunities. 

Awareness and Empowerment: The foundation are committed to raising awareness about the challenges faced by families of children with various abilities and we believe in empowering families with knowledge and  resources to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. 

Collaborative Network: The foundation aims to build a collaborative network of support, bringing together families, professionals, community organizations, and businesses dedicated to serving children. By fostering partnerships and facilitating communication, we promote positivity and maximize the impact of our collective efforts to improve the lives of these families.
